Is there a camping site?
Yes, there is one without any services at the back of the church. For the locations, first arrived, first served. There is also a «reserved» area for those who go to bed early (farthest from the church).
Can we camp on Thursday and Sunday nights?
Yes, there is no problem to camp these nights – it’s free!
Can we camp behind the church all year around?
Camping is only permitted during the duration of the event. Check out Circuits Frontières website for other lodging possibilities.
Is there a grocery or convenience store on site to buy food?
No, there is no grocery store in East Hereford. On site, there will be only a canteen.
Can we make a campfire near our tent?
A big campfire will be set up and we will take care of it the whole evening – until the morning !
Is there showers available on site?
Yes, «rustic» showers will be available.
Is there a ATM in East Hereford?
No
Is there a gas station in East Hereford?
No, the closest are in Coaticook (or on the other side of the border).
Is there a playground for kids ?
Yes, there is a new one and even a tennis court.
Is it possible to pay our registration, dinners and camping on site?
Yes, it is possible to do so, in cash or by check. Please, take note of the deadlines according to the activities.
Is it possible to supply ourself participant of the Challenges?
The first two supplies can not be accessed by spectators. The third and last one (only for the «Grand» and «Moyen» challenges) is accessible by car, on Chemin Lépine (from the village, follow the signs «Ravito 3» – it is approx. 6,1 km further to the west).
