Note that a license from FQSC (Fédération québécoise des sports cyclistes) or UCI is mandatory for races on Sunday 22th. There is an opportunity to purchase a temporary license on site during registration. If you are not from Quebec, the UCI license is mandatory. Outside Quebec, the temporary license is not available to you.
